Day 5- Baaaaadlands to Rapid City
Toured the Corn Palace before setting out for the SD Badlands Nat'l Park. Crossed the Missouri River (it cuts SD about in half). Another look at scenery almost beyond description as we toured the Badlands. Wildlife sighted included about 10 Pheasant and 4 Bighorn sheep. Next stop the retail complex in Wall know as Wall Drug, after hundreds of miles of billboards we had to stop. Then on to Rapid City for the night.
